How Do I Cancel My AsianCrush Subscription?
On your Mac or PC:
Log in to your AsianCrush account. In the upper right-hand corner, hover over your Account Name. You will see the drop-down appear. Click "Account," and on the page that appears, click the subscriptions tab. You will see the following text and prompt below. Click "Cancel Subscription"
You will then be directed to the following page to confirm your cancellation.
Click "Confirm," and you're all set.
For Premium Subscriptions Purchased Through the AsianCrush iOS Apple App
- On your Apple mobile device
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap View your Apple ID. You might need to sign in.
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
If you don't see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, you might have subscribed through the AsianCrush website or Roku channel.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage, in this case, AsianCrush.
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period or turn off Automatic Renewal. Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
